About
A lifetime of creative vision.
Ever since I was a child, I wanted to be an artist. While the other kids played with their toys, I was busy drawing pictures of mine. And when I saw a black-and-white photograph for the first time, I found a path I would follow for the rest of my life.
I still remember the portrait of the black-haired woman in a dark dress. The tonal range was so rich, I thought it was a painting. When I learned it was a photograph, I was fascinated. Ever since, I've been exploring the world through my camera lens, creating my own paintings with light.
